Robotic Automation Solution
Complete Robotic cell for material handling. Provided programming and PLC systems for the project. System had a Fanuc 2000 robot with a custom end effector that included 9 grippers with part detection. Also, had six stepper drives for feeding parts into the workcell for robot pickup. Responsible for cell design and installation including end effector, material handling, and perimeter safety system.
Seven Axis Servo System
Provided a seven axis servo system for centerless grinding operation. Uses high speed ethernet communications link for coordinated motion operation. Operator interface allows the operator to choose the feedrate, grinding throughput and jog commands, etc for system operation
Pharmaceutical Weighing Application
Provided an integrated soluiton for autmatically counting pharmaceutical containers for a healthcare manufacturing company. System uses a load cell control with PLC sequence control to provide product to the packaging system.
Pharmaceutical RFID Order Fulfillment System
Provided a solution to integrate RFID readers and PLC control into a pharmacy operation for automating order picking for high volume pharmacy. System utilizies devicenet IO to update the status of picking operation and then send the totes to the correct location according to pick status
Process Control System
Provided a solution for process control of a steel pickling operation. Utilized InTouch HMI and Allen-Bradley PLC for system control.
